This policy covers the Yarqix game and the account service it talks to. Contact BORIZENTLTD@GMAIL.COM for a privacy request.

Account

If you create an account, Yarqix stores the email address, username, and password you enter, and the country you pick from a list. The country is not taken from your phone’s location. The password is stored as a hash. You can play Practice without an account.

Play

When you are signed in, the server stores your garage, Coin balance and ledger, rank points, and race history. The game also sends analytics events about what you do in a session, such as opening a screen or finishing a race. These records are used to run the game, show boards, and fix faults.

Ads

Yarqix shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may receive your device’s advertising ID and related ad-measurement data under Google’s own policy. Yarqix does not sell personal information.

What we do not collect

Yarqix does not ask for your GPS location, contacts, photos, files, or SMS. The app does not use Google Play Billing, so this build does not collect a payment card.

Who receives it

Account, race, Coin, and analytics records are stored on the Yarqix server, operated for Borizent Limited. Advertising data goes to Google as part of AdMob. We do not give your account to other game companies.

How long it is kept

Account and race records are kept while the account exists. Analytics events are kept as part of operating the game. Ad data is kept by Google under Google’s policy.

Deletion

The game does not delete an account from inside the app. The steps are on the account deletion page. Email BORIZENTLTD@GMAIL.COM from the address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will delete the account, the garage, the Coin ledger, the rank, and the race history tied to it, and we will confirm by email. A request that does not come from the account email has to be verified first.

Children

Yarqix is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep an account for a child under 13. If you believe we have one, email BORIZENTLTD@GMAIL.COM.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the updated page will be the one linked from the Play listing.
